Clearwire Corp. and Simplexity MVNO services, integrated mobile virtual network enabler (MVNE), has announced the formation of a strategic relationship whereby wholesalers will be authorized resellers of Simplexity Clearwire’s 4 G mobile broadband services, a Clearwire MVNE and choice provider of choice for brand Clearwire’s third party service. Commercial flights are scheduled to be available later this year.
As a third-party provider Clearwire service, brands will be a wholesale customer of Simplexity at Clearwire’s 4 G network to offer mobile broadband services personal brand. Simplexity’s MVNO support service will allow organizations to offer their customers a wireless plan, personal branding and customized with a turnkey approach.
This will reduce time to market, cost and effort required to reach more than 130 million potential customers who are covered by Clearwire’s 4 G network, according to the company. Through the Simplexity’s platform, customized MVNO partners may have access to wireless offering and level of the plan without the need to become a MVNO.
In addition, it will become Clearwire’s preferred Simplexity MVNE and official reseller of Clearwire’s wholesale business support 4 G developed. Under the agreement, would provide platform services Simplexity comprehensive for any Clearwire MVNOs to enable rapid deployment and ongoing management of their wireless programs.
Clearwire MVNO can choose between Simplexity’s offerings and customized solutions. In either case, saying the industry experience of Simplexity to provide expertise, while the scale and proven system provides cost savings, which are both important for the MVNO to succeed.
